1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Telmi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telmi voice-first feedback platform, including any associated applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Terms periodically for updates.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Telmi, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Use and Content

5.1 User Content

The Service allows you to create campaigns, record voice feedback, and view insights based on feedback provided by users. While we process voice recordings to generate text transcriptions, we do not store the original audio recordings after processing. You grant Telmi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the resulting transcription data and any other content you submit through the Service solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Data Ownership and Use

Telmi owns all data collected and generated through the Service, including transcriptions, feedback analysis, and derived insights. Campaign creators do not own the raw data collected through campaigns they create but are granted access to view and utilize the insights provided by the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this ownership and access arrangement.

Telmi does not sell your personal information or the content of your feedback to third parties. Our use of data is strictly limited to providing and enhancing the Telmi Service.
